These papers are password protected. Full papers have either conference 
passwords (ending with cp) or personal passwords (pp). 
 
The initial number (Cxx) refers to the panel number, and the 
second number (.xx) refers to the number of the speaker. 
 
There is no way of accessing these papers if you are not part 
of the conference, so please do not ask the conference organizers! 
 
If you absolutely must read one of these papers and you are 
not part of the conference, explain to the author why you are 
interested in the paper and request they email you
an unprotected copy.
